Let's Celebrate 10 years of Utah's Digital Teaching and Learning program! We will explore its transformative journey and key milestones in K-12 digital education. By understanding the evolution from its initial vision to today's innovative classrooms, this session will illuminate historical insights that can help guide us in shaping the future of digital learning in Utah.

The session will be an engaging presentation incorporating: Visual timelines and data illustrating the DTL program's growth and impact. Showcasing of key programmatic developments and their effects on schools and districts. Discussion of major shifts in digital pedagogy and classroom innovation. A forward-looking perspective, inviting attendees to consider how the lessons of the past decade can actively shape a successful future for digital learning in Utah.

“Command Line Culture” explores how leadership behaviors define and propagate team culture—just like a root command shapes system behavior. Drawing from 25 years in IT, Jeremy Cox reveals how leaders can intentionally set, scale, and sustain positive culture through authenticity, empathy, and ethical example.
