2025 UEN Tech Summit

UEN is excited to announce that funding has been secured for Zoom licensing for the Utah K-20 education community. This new licensing agreement includes many new and exciting upgrades to the previous licensing. Users will now enjoy expanded features such as Zoom Docs, webinars, translations, Clips, Zoom CRC, Zoom Room licensing, and more. The structure of the licensing will now require sub-accounts to be assigned to each LEA and can be managed locally. We will dive into what this structure looks like and what is required by administrators of each sub-account.

Account administrators and general users will find value in this discussion as we introduce some new features that are now included. We will introduce the new Zoom statewide licensing, what it entails, the overall structure of sub-accounts, how users will be managed, and the latest Zoom expanded features that are now included.
