Hello 2024 UETN attendees! So EXCITED to be back!!!! Everyone calls me "Heff" for short. I am the CISO for SecurityMetrics, Inc. based in Orem, Utah.. --> --> I will be bringing that HIGH ENERGY presentation style with TONS of FREE ideas to help you use AI to build cyber simulations and table top exercises for your school. This AI session will be jam packed with content to easily help you build a short table top exercise for your staff or school administrators. Then you can test your incident response plan with a simulation created using AI. .......... DID YOU KNOW? I am personally celebrating surviving over 20+ years in the trenches hunting threat hackers  - primarily now focused on K-12 schools. I currently lead a team of threat hunters that regularly see the latest K-12 hacker tactics both in Utah and across the USA. Our insights and conversations may be valuable to your lowering your schools risk. Additionally, we share the latest bad guy tactics with the K-12 Intelligence Sharing communities and share these globally. Education includes: Villanova, Cornell, Pepperdine, and Devry. Career stops include: TJ Maxx (pre breach 2007), NBC Television, General Electric, and most recently, Las Vegas Sands Corp (post breach 2015) including Las Vegas Venetian, Sands Macau China, and Marina Bay Sands Singapore. To find balance in my life, not burnout, and survive 20 years in cyber, when I am not stopping hackers, I have a 2nd career as a Paleontologist going on expeditions for Universities around the world while discovering new species of dinos!.
